What this is
These pages explain data handling and usage terms.
When to use it
Use this when you need policy references.
Steps
- Open the privacy page.
- Open the terms page.
- Use Cookie settings in the website footer to review or change optional analytics, marketing, and preference cookie choices.
- The cookie notice in the corner offers two choices: Essential only, which keeps only the cookies StayPerk needs to work, and Accept all, which also allows analytics, marketing and preference cookies. Customize, in the notice text, lets you choose categories, for example analytics alone to measure discovery, page visits and feature usage. Change your choice anytime in Cookie settings, which also offers Essential only.
- Where enabled, automatic audience statistics count public-page views and builder/signup link clicks as daily totals without visitor identifiers. Essential only also stops those counts. Global Privacy Control and Do Not Track are respected. These statistics do not create individual browsing histories or send events to Google.
- When you start a manual or create an account, StayPerk keeps a short note of how that visit reached us (the referring site, first page and campaign tags), without cookies or advertising click IDs. The Privacy Policy explains it.
- Contact support if you need clarification.
What to expect
- These pages are read-only policy references.
- The Privacy Policy at /privacy explains Google Calendar and ICS data handling, including stored event details, booking information sent to Google, and Disconnect versus Google Account access revocation. The Terms of Service at /terms explain authorized calendar use and synchronization limitations.
